About 3 weeks ago I saw a JCPenney ad that I loved. Specifically I loved the music I heard in the ad. Unfortunately sometimes when you hear a song on television, it’s not so easy to find the song. After searching a bit, I bought the song on iTunes, and then posted about it on my normal blog: A Rubber Door.

Then something strange happened.

From getting eighty to a hundred visits a day, my blog was now seeing between three and four hundred visits a day. Obviously others were looking for the same information. That’s where this blog originates. The idea is simple - when I hear a song on TV, I’ll track it down and post about it here. Hopefully this will give people a medium for finding and talking about music on TV.

One thing - I don’t watch every show on TV, although sometimes it feels like I do. The list of shows I do watch will be found on the Shows page.

BTW - the song that led to this blog is called How Can it Be.
