The Coleman ad has a song that’s caught my ear - has the lyric “Let’s Go Outside, it’s hot in here” in the ad. Anyway - the song is by a band called The Stereotypes and is available for free on the Coleman site.

The current Marriott commercial “Grocery Delivery” with the amazingly flexible gymnast - is using a track from the amazing Andrew Bird CD Armchair Apocrypha. They only use the instrumentals from the CD - but this track is incredible and the CD is one of my favorites of the year.

Volkswagen is using a couple of Wilco songs in their current campaign. Jeff Tweedy has had to defend their use - here’s the thing, and Tweedy mentions it: radio doesn’t play bands like Wilco any more, so bands like them have to find other venues to get their songs heard. So to the naysayers I say this “Don’t be haters”.
